Hindu Code Bill Native Rule Movement would have started from the date of passing of Hindu Code Bill. Hindu Code Bill was Drafted by Dr. B.R.Ambedkar . This was his second most important work and service done to the country after Constitution of India . Had the Hindu Code Bill been passed as proposed and drafted by Dr. Ambedkar in 1949 itself , the course of Indian history would have some thing else , what India is today .
